Established The Flair Factor in 2008 after many years of planning private celebrations for family and friends. Her execution and close attention to detail made a strong impact on all who attended her functions. Upon receiving rave reviews and recommendations from her peers, Natasha was ready to chart a path in a new career direction. Her passion for event design intensified as she planned a sequence of celebrations following her engagement in 2006 throughout 2007 in which she planned her own wedding. Involved in every aspect she was able to bring her vision to fruition through a number of creative strategies.
